1974

MOHAM Trading Company has been established and listed with National Oil Company. Trading Enterprises is formed to handle the distribution, sales and supply operations for popular Korean petroleum company, SK energy.


1981

Lebanon Marketing & Services Company (LEBMASCO) established in Beirut, Lebanon as a joint venture between Moham Group and local Lebanese partners.

Moham Heavy Machinery formed to capitalize on the Middle East’s burgeoning infrastructure expansion.


1989

Moham Group formed DIDARA Company and DIDARA started its operation in Film and Print industry. 


1991 saw the first delivery of UPM newsprint and print paper cargo, marking the restart of the print trade.. The subsequent formation of Maad Saman, Moham’s print trade subsidiary began a new chapter in supplying high quality print paper in media sector of the nation.

KODAK appointed DIDARA as the sole distributor of KODAK Film & Print in MENA Region

Moham opens a new branch office in Dubai, UAE

1991


Maad Saman appointed as the sole distributor for APP packaging paper.

Prup-Eskofot chooses DIDARA to represent its printing equipments. 

1995


MOHAM Energy had been listed as a vendor in Petronas vendors list.

Moham Group launches an innovative and forward-thinking employee and customer engagement program, placing the customer at the heart of everything we do. 

2001


MTK has been formed to focus on newsprint division of the Group.  

Moham started cooperation with Hainsberg Papier focused on Middle East Market 

2006


2008

Didara restarted operation working on various Paper & Packaging imports. Mainly UPM, Volga, and Chenming.

Moham Group went through a restructuring process by introducing only Energy and Paper as main lines of business.


MOHAM Energy got listed with ONGC Videsh in India. 

MTK introduced first mixed used packaging paper in UAE market.
